Lake Michigan, Here We Come! Launching Your Boat At The Algoma Marina

Welcome Boaters!

Whether you are going out for a casual day trip on the waters of Lake Michigan or staying for a few days to get some fishing in, the Algoma Marina is ready for you.

At the Algoma Marina, you will find four ramps and plenty of parking for your vehicle and boat trailer. For just $8.00 a day, you can pay for your launch pass on the spot – find the envelopes and honor box to the east of the ramps.

If you prefer a seasonal pass, they are $60.00 for Algoma City residents (Must show proof that the boat owner lives/owns property in City limits) or $80.00 for non-residents.  City residents over the age of 65 Seasonal Pass – FREE! (with proof of boat registration). Seasonal passes can be purchased at Walter’s Do It Best Hardware or Algoma City Hall.

To get to the Algoma Marina, coming into town from 2nd Street or 4th Street (Route 42) turn EAST on Steele Street or Navarino Street and head toward the lighthouse.

The Marina is open May 1st – October 1st. For information or reservations during the off-season please call or e-mail the Marina and a staff member will get back to you in a timely manner.
